ProofSchool is part of ProofChain — a platform for verifiable, private assessment across creative and educational domains. We are a small engineering team based in Tamil Nadu, building tools we wish existed for the schools we grew up in.
SQAAF — the CBSE School Quality Assessment & Assurance Framework — became mandatory for every CBSE-affiliated school from academic year 2024-25. Schools have to upload self-assessment evidence to the SARAS portal annually, mapped across seven domains. The status quo for collecting that evidence — spreadsheets, paper forms, last-week recall — is unfit for the regulatory bar and the scale.
ProofSchool is our answer: five evidence streams, AI-graded teaching artifacts, audit-ready consent — all in one tool a principal can run in two weeks instead of two months. We focus on the three SQAAF domains where independent, multi-stakeholder evidence is the gold standard (Domains 1, 3, and 7) and stay out of the four that belong in a document repository.
We onboard schools personally — no self-signup. A 30-minute call, a guided rubric setup, and your first cycle is in the field by next week. We do this because the framework is too high-stakes to learn from a help-centre article — every school gets a real conversation with a real engineer.
We will never sell anonymous student feedback to third parties, cross-reference your school data with our other products, or use your reports to train external models. The DPA we sign at subscription start makes those commitments contractual, not just stated.
We will not pretend to be a CBSE-empanelled accreditation agency. Final SQAAF accreditation ratings are determined by CBSE-certified Peer Assessor Teams during external assessment. ProofSchool is a SQAAF Implementation Partner — we provide tooling for school self-assessment. The disclaimer is printed on every report we generate.
