All tiers include the full platform — there are no feature gates. Tiers differ on the included credit allowance, the overage rate per extra credit, and the soft teacher cap.

Overage

Need more reports mid-year? Top up at your tier rate.

Recharge packs are priced at your tier's per-credit rate. The higher the tier, the cheaper each extra credit. Recharge credits never expire and are spent only after your included annual quota is exhausted.

Example: a Standard school buying a 50-report top-up pays ₹200 × 50 = ₹10,000. The same pack on Enterprise costs ₹199 × 50 = ₹9,950.

What 1 credit covers

One full per-teacher AI report — 5-stream composite scoring, Sonnet 4.6 narrative, white-label PDF export.

Editing a saved artifact + re-evaluating it costs nothing unless the content actually changed (cached by content hash).

Multi-school discount

  • 2-5 schools — 10% off published tier price

Applied automatically when one buyer signs up multiple campuses under the same admin.

Custom pricing

State boards, educational trusts, and large multi-campus groups get a negotiated annual price + per-credit overage rate.

Billing

How payment works

  • Annual subscription billed upfront via Razorpay (UPI, card, netbanking). One-time charge — no recurring auto-debit.
  • Renewal is a fresh annual order. Click Subscribe again at the end of your year; we don't auto-charge.
  • Recharge top-ups are also one-time orders, priced at your tier's per-credit rate × pack size.
  • Tax invoice emailed within 24 hours of payment. Razorpay handles GST collection where applicable.
  • Refunds within 7 days of subscription start, pro-rated for any reports already generated. Email hello@proofschool.in.
